Qualifications and Requirements
CH Health & Home Care Services Inc
As a home care company, our employees are required to work independently without supervision, as well as collaborate with a team. Furthermore, all employees must be bondable, certified in CPR, and able to produce abstracts from the Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Records checks. These checks must be current within three months and can be obtained from the Winnipeg Police Service.
If you are successful in your application, we will provide you with Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHIMIS) training, as well as instruction in safe feeding, swallowing, lifting, and transferring procedures. Additionally, we will require you to sign a Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) confidentiality pledge before you start work.
