For those who require specialized care, being able to stay at home is of the utmost importance. Residing at home allows people to maintain their independence and dignity.
We offer a wide range of health care services, including senior home care, to clients in their private residences. We assess all new clients to identify their specific needs. We then create a custom care plan that can be modified as a client’s needs change. Both short- and long-term care is available to individuals from a variety of backgrounds and with a variety of needs. These include:

Our Exceptional Staff
At CH Health & Home Care Services Inc., our staff is committed to fostering respectful, open, and honest communication with our clientele and staff members. All staff members are educated on the importance of establishing positive relationships with our clients. It’s important to us our employees recognize they represent our company and our reputation.
Our health care workers are expected to be reliable, punctual, and abide by the rules and regulations of the institution and our company. We have an extensive listing of available personnel and assign work fairly and equitably to provide all staff with work hours. At the beginning of each shift, an employee is provided with a report on the client being cared for, thereby ensuring consistency and continuity of care. At the end of their shift, they prepare and deliver a client report to the next caregiver.
Our RNs and LPNs are qualified to conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. They have excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, our health care aides are certified and trained to work in health care facilities.
